About the Role
A member of the Practice Solutions Team responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships in their respective territories through direct calling and networking efforts. This role involves proactively researching and contacting new prospects, developing referrals from internal business partners, and designing sales strategies to achieve production goals. The role requires interaction with Account Representatives to ensure proper fulfillment and management of identified relationships. Travel is required approximately 12 days per month.
Responsibilities
- Prospects new clients and centers of influence
- Develops new business opportunities
- Communicates, negotiates and develops client leads referred by Enterprise Partners
- Manages territory sales strategies and market analysis
- Identifies drivers of profitability and cashflow and conducts an analysis from different financial statements
Requirements
- 1+ years of Practice Solutions sales or 3+ years of healthcare industry sales and/or healthcare specific financing
- Can analyze financial conditions of clients, healthcare industry trends, and understand cashflow analysis
- Ability to demonstrate examples of creating new relationships/partnerships and deepening current client relationships
- Self-Motivated and proven success of exceeding goals
- Strong desire to create/retain business with referral sources
- Proven business acumen by working with lending products and Small Businesses to provide solutions and services to fit their financial needs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including presenting to large groups of prospects, clients and/or partners
