About the Role

Our multidisciplinary design teams create new ways for people to connect, find communities, and grow businesses. As a product designer, you will play a central role in developing valuable, easy-to-use technologies, from brainstorming to final launch. You will utilize your full range of product, interaction, and visual design skills, contributing to high-level strategic decisions with product and executive partners.

Responsibilities

Turn broad, conceptual ideas into useful and valuable experiences for over 2 billion users.
Design simplified user interfaces for complex actions.
Create new layouts and experiences that evolve visual systems.
Contribute to strategic decisions for future product direction.
Provide and receive feedback to improve design quality.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to oversee user experience from concept to launch.
Clearly articulate design goals and concepts to product teams and leaders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience designing complex software products focusing on user experience, interaction, and visual design to meet business objectives.
Ability to conduct advanced usability testing and gather feedback from diverse stakeholders to inform product strategy.
Experience developing and implementing design strategies, leading design efforts, and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
Proficiency in prototyping tools and building high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts.
