About the Role

The DC Coach - Replenishment role involves overseeing the replenishment of goods in the selection area within a team environment. This position requires working in alignment with other distribution center departments to process materials efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the replenishment of goods in the selection area.
  • Working in alignment with other departments to process materials quickly and efficiently.
  • Restocking product on an hourly basis in the selection area.
  • Collecting, scanning, and depositing each carton/item into selectable locations.
  • Managing key functions for accuracy and productivity.
  • Performing quality checks.
  • Collecting recyclable cartons.
  • Performing other functions as required by the business.
  • Building and overseeing a team.
  • Setting departmental/shift goals and team member goals.
  • Collaborating with all internal partners of the distribution center.
  • Implementing new processes and procedures aligned with business direction.
  • Moving team members based on workload availability.
  • Working overtime with little or no notice before or after scheduled shifts.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree or related discipline and at least 3 years management experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment; or an additional 2 years in lieu of a degree.
  • 3 plus years of experience managing employees required.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills required.
  • Attention to details required.
  • Working well under pressure required.
  • Able to meet deadlines required.
  • Ability to access all areas of the warehouse.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
