About the Role
This role involves visiting assigned retail locations to maintain and enhance jewellery displays and product presentation, ensuring products are properly stocked, organized, and displayed according to merchandising standards. You will set up new displays, refresh existing ones, and complete visual merchandising updates. The position requires maintaining strong relationships with store teams, providing professional support, monitoring inventory levels, and completing merchandising tasks such as product placement, pricing updates, display maintenance, and inventory checks. Accurate reporting and travel between multiple retail locations within the assigned territory are also key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail locations to maintain and enhance jewellery displays and product presentation
- Ensure products are properly stocked, organized, and displayed according to merchandising standards
- Set up new displays, refresh existing displays, and complete visual merchandising updates
- Maintain strong relationships with store teams and provide professional support during store visits
- Monitor inventory levels, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate updates
- Complete merchandising tasks such as product placement, pricing updates, display maintenance, and inventory checks
- Submit accurate reports, photos, and updates following completed store visits
- Travel between multiple retail locations within the assigned territory
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high presentation standards
- Comfortable working independently and managing a schedule across multiple locations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with store teams
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- Organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using mobile applications and digital reporting tools
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs
