About the Role

The Danaher Business System Leader (DBSL) for Digital partners with digital, scientific, and technical teams to drive digital transformation through technology-enabled solutions that improve performance, accelerate growth, and enhance user experience. This role applies DBS Innovation and continuous improvement methodologies to solve business challenges, prioritize opportunities, and improve execution through data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Apply DBS Innovation and continuous improvement methodologies to identify opportunities, solve business problems, accelerate growth, and improve execution.
  • Advance the development of Digital roadmaps, project prioritization, visual management systems, and KPI Tracking to accelerate growth initiatives.
  • Drive the identification, development, and deployment of digital solutions that improve business processes, enhance user experience, and drive operational efficiency to expand digital growth throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to evaluate opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead and support digital projects that span multiple functions, ensuring alignment of business requirements, technical solutions, and implementation plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or digital discipline (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Software, IT, Computer Science).
  • 7+ years of experience leading business transformation initiatives within complex matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated application of DBS or continuous improvement to improve business processes and drive measurable results.
  • Experience partnering with business, scientific, and technical stakeholders to implement technology-enabled solutions and process improvements.
  • Experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into scalable digital solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, in alignment with business needs.
