About the Role

Responsibilities

• Receive and check merchandise.
• Keep the backstore well organized.
• Organize and account for merchandise receipts and shipment orders, identifying potential errors.
• Label merchandise with the correct price and correct if necessary.
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or the distribution centre.
• Place products on the sales floor efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized backstore.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements

• Enjoy physical work, including lifting heavy merchandise.
• Be organized, efficient, methodical, autonomous, and resourceful.
• Willing to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
• Open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods.

Skills

• Experience handling goods (an asset)
