Responsibilities
- Ensure the store runs smoothly and that the team provides the best possible customer service.
- Meet overall goals, maintain corporate standards, and motivate the team to excel.
- Optimize store performance and profitability.
- Train team members on customer support, sales techniques, and product features.
- Analyze sales results and develop solutions for improvement.
- Schedule employees cost-effectively.
- Communicate sales goals to the team.
- Provide customers with a warm welcome, assist with product selection, and answer questions.
- Coordinate tasks with the management team.
- Mobilize the team and create a positive work environment.
- Bring the company's vision, mission, and brand culture to life.
- Act as an inspiring role model.
- Recruit, prepare, train, and source candidates for various roles.
- Plan work schedules, manage absences/lateness.
- Participate in performance evaluations.
- Schedule team members based on performance and store traffic.
- Master product knowledge and technical features.
- Create an attractive and inviting store environment based on planograms.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Build a steady and loyal customer base.
- Assist with planning incoming orders and setting up visual displays.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
- Collaborate with mall administration.
- Analyze reports to optimize productivity and sales.
- Open and close the store.
- Manage controllable expenses efficiently.
- Adhere to head office policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as needed.
