About the Role
Whisper Woods at Smithtown is seeking dedicated CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
- Utilize customer service skills to ensure exceptional care
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
- Valid CNA or HHA license
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred
- Experience working with individuals with dementia desired
