About the Role

The Amazon e-Commerce Coordinator is a key support role within the retailer.com function and wider Orveon Revenue organization. The coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, and audit of the Amazon site’s product and marketing initiatives. This role will support the Director of Retailer.com in the growth of the Amazon business for BareMinerals and Buxom. The role will assist in the relationships with Amazon & agencies, work cross functionally to execute on all aspects of implementation and optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operational activities across Amazon Seller Central (and Vendor Central where applicable) supporting the BUXOM business in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, including catalog maintenance, product setup, issue resolution, and marketplace operations.
  • Assist Director in the relationship with Amazon, ad/content optimization agency and reseller enforcement agency. Communicate regularly regarding product uploads, overall business operations, shipping updates, inventory availability, etc.
  • Monitor inventory health across all marketplaces, including stock levels, inbound shipments, stranded inventory, suppressed ASINs, and availability risks. Investigate and resolve SKU issues while partnering with Supply Chain to support launches and key promotional events.
  • Execute promotional activities using Amazon tools and coordinate launch execution for new products, shade extensions, and product expansions across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Support key Amazon tentpole events including Prime Day, Holiday, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other marketplace-specific promotional events.
  • Own and optimize Product Detail Pages, including images, videos, copy, A+ Content, and product attributes for active, discontinued, and new products. Perform ongoing quality assurance, keyword optimization, localization, variation management, browse node updates, and resolution of catalog issues such as duplicate listings, suppressed content, and incorrect product information.
  • Monitor listing performance, ratings, reviews, customer questions, and recurring product feedback. Investigate customer concerns, identify trends, and escalate material issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Monitor Amazon policy updates and marketplace-specific compliance requirements across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain, agencies, and internal teams to ensure listings and operational processes remain compliant.
  • Monitor competitive activity, pricing, assortment, promotional strategies, and marketplace trends. Share insights and recommendations to support business growth opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, sampling strategy, promotional activities, and product launches.
  • Coordinate collection, organization, and distribution of product assets, working files (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop), videos, product imagery, localized content, and DAM assets. Track requests, identify missing assets, and escalate risks that could impact launch timing.
  • Lead creative project execution by developing briefs, establishing timelines, coordinating agency and internal reviews, consolidating feedback, managing revisions, securing approvals, and ensuring final asset delivery meets launch deadlines.
  • Review new launch assets and copy with Retailer.com & US Channel Marketing team for approval and provide feedback to creative/copy when necessary.
  • Create, prepare, and maintain Amazon marketing exposure tracker, launch calendars, and sampling plans. Regularly update the Integrated Marketing calendar.
  • Maintain Amazon contact list & manage sending out of comps when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) experience with a brand on Amazon through Seller Central; understanding of the Amazon Seller Central and FBA environment.
  • Passion for beauty and ecommerce.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficient in Excel must be able to do VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other basic formulas.
  • Organized, self-starter and self-motivated with teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, remain flexible and agile, & work across teams to develop clarity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform quality assurance on content and creative assets.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced environment; curious and eager to learn in a constantly changing environment, especially with a fast-growing account and platform like Amazon.
