About the Role
Join our team as our next Restaurant Assistant Manager! We offer a 45-hour work week with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement. We are looking for leaders with previous restaurant experience who can set an example of excellent customer service and motivate a team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the crew through your shift.
- Set the example of excellent, friendly, and upbeat customer service.
- Motivate others.
- Make subs.
- Run the register.
- Clean.
- Schedule.
- Perform other shift duties.
- Cultivate the best dining experience for guests.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
