About the Role
Own the growth outcomes of a portfolio of health system and medical group customers, ensuring marketing programs are live, performing, and tied to real patient volume. This role requires owning goals, running programs, analyzing data, and driving internal work to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer growth objectives into marketing plans with clear targets and timelines.
- Track patient capture performance against plan, including lead volume, conversion rates, show rates, cost per acquired patient, and service line mix.
- Identify and address underperformance proactively with corrective action plans.
- Coordinate execution across paid media, SEO, local listings, reputation management, campaigns, and patient outreach.
- Build and maintain campaign calendars, launch checklists, and reporting cadences for each account.
- Prepare and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with customer leaders, presenting performance insights and future plans.
- Partner with internal teams (Customer Success, Implementation, Product, Engineering) to ensure timely delivery of integrations, workflows, and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with paid media and content specialists to brief work, review deliverables, and maintain quality standards.
- Provide customer insights to the Product team to enhance the platform.
- Maintain a central record for each account, including scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and status.
- Conduct structured internal and external status updates to ensure all commitments are tracked.
- Ensure all customer commitments are fulfilled.
Requirements
- 3+ years in account management, digital marketing, growth marketing, or agency-side client services.
- Proven track record of owning performance numbers, not just deliverables.
- Strong project management discipline with the ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines concurrently.
- Fluency with the modern marketing stack, including analytics and attribution dashboards, CRM, marketing automation, paid media platforms, and SEO/local listings tools.
- Tech-forward mindset with proficiency in using AI tools, ability to learn new platforms quickly, and comfort with data analysis and workflow logic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with hospital marketing directors and practice administrators.
- Ability to work onsite in the Dallas / Irving area.
