About the Role
The Field HR Partner will support front-line employees, supervisors, and managers across ABM industry groups in San Francisco and North Bay to the Oregon Border, with additional support in Northern California. This role aligns business objectives with employees and front-line leaders, acting as a consultant on HR-related issues, an employee champion, and a change agent. The position anticipates HR needs and collaborates with HR centers of excellence to achieve talent goals and drive business performance, implementing innovative solutions with a focus on process and metrics. It fosters partnerships within the HR function to deliver value-added services reflecting business objectives. Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Aligning business objectives with employees and front-line leaders
- Serving as a consultant to front line leaders on human resource-related issues
- Assessing and anticipating HR-related needs
- Working in collaboration with HR centers of excellence to achieve talent goals necessary to sustain and drive business performance
- Implementing innovative and practical solutions through a strong process and metrics focus
- Formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization
