About the Role

The Resident Services Coordinator II plays a key role in helping residents thrive by leading on-site programs, tracking outcomes, and connecting residents with necessary resources. You will identify barriers, create pathways to services, and build strong partnerships with community organizations, acting as an ambassador for Mercy Housing's mission.

Responsibilities

• Collect required data for designated program components and record data in the Mercy Housing database accurately and timely.
• Maintain all reporting requirements set by funding and/or government agencies.
• Evaluate outcomes of programs and services delivered on a regular basis.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of residents to offer community assistance and guide them towards appropriate services and resources.
• Participate in and/or lead activities within Mercy Housing and in collaboration with partner agencies to build professional capacity and enhance working relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience in community development, social services, or related field.
• Two (2) years experience working with individuals with mental health issues.
• Two (2) years working with senior and developmentally disabled populations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience conducting community assessments, applying the principles of conflict management, and organizing community groups, events, or programs.
• Experience supervising staff.

Skills

• Work collaboratively with others in a team environment, respecting the perspectives and contributions of others.
• Demonstrate a high level of verbal, writing, and listening skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Maintain confidentiality and to obtain appropriate release of information as necessary.
• Able to work with people with mental health, disability, substance abuse, legal, and financial issues.

Salary/Compensations

• $31.00-$35.00/hour
