About the Role

Schivo Medical manufactures a diverse range of essential medical technology solutions, including robotic surgery instruments, neurosurgical tools, and cardiovascular closure devices. Responsibilities

• Perform daily purchase order receipts.
• Scan and file packing lists and certificates daily.
• Contact vendors regarding discrepancies or missing documentation.
• Receive products into inventory.
• Issue raw materials to jobs in SAP.
• Assist in managing inventory in SAP.
• Provide tracking numbers to customers.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor with administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory levels.
• Keep clear records of all inventory and stock.
• Organize warehouse space.
• Prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate a forklift.

Requirements

• Must have forklift experience.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
