About the Role
Join JCW's growing NYC office as an Associate Recruiter. This role is ideal for professionals with corporate experience seeking a high-earning, relationship-driven sales career. You will support experienced recruiters in sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates, with potential to grow into a full 360° consultant position.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior headhunters and business developers to identify and engage mid-to-senior-level candidates across specialized markets.
- Leverage professional communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Support business development activity, including outreach, lead generation, and client engagement.
- Earn uncapped commission on successful placements.
