About the Role
Solar Consultants meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments to guide them through understanding and purchasing solar. Momentum Solar invests approximately $1,000 per appointment, providing qualified homeowners at no cost to the consultant. Consultants attend 8–10 appointments weekly with a 70% sit rate.
Responsibilities
- Attend pre-set, confirmed appointments with homeowners
- Clearly explain solar options, pricing, and benefits
- Answer questions and address concerns with confidence and honesty
- Guide homeowners through a structured decision-making process
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
Requirements
- CAR AND LICENSE REQUIRED
- Strong communicators who are comfortable leading conversations
- Individuals who take coaching well and apply feedback
- Self-motivated professionals who want control over their income
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends to match homeowner schedules
