About the Role

Lisa Gozlan Jewelry is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our showroom team. This role is essential for daily showroom operations, guiding clients, providing exceptional service, and supporting management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-touch client experiences that exceed customer expectations.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals, KPIs, and showroom performance targets.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across jewelry collections and services.
• Handle high-value transactions with accuracy and discretion.
• Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge, and use this expertise to assist customers in product selection, stacking and styling.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining the highest service standards and educating customers on product.
• Communicate our loyalty program, Happy Club, to customers and encourage sign-ups.
• Create memorable experiences that strengthen brand loyalty and repeat business.
• Ensure merchandise is presented according to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Adhere to all security, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures.
• Assist in all daily store operational tasks as requested by management.
• Support opening and closing procedures through ensuring displays are set according to brand visual merchandising standards and the showroom is clean and ready for customers.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, professional, and a proactive team player with a client-first mindset.
• Passion for jewelry and enthusiasm to develop extensive product knowledge is a must.
• Proven track record to achieving and exceeding sales target.
• Ability to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplace.
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and retail holidays.

Skills

• Jewelry knowledge or prior experience in the jewelry industry is an asset.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
