Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end high-impact, complex projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and scope.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans.
  • Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Design and produce regular reports, dashboards, and project artifacts.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure project performance and provide insights.
  • Manage multimillion-dollar vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and strategic goals.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with vendors and act as the primary point of contact for escalations.
  • Assess vendor risks and manage dependencies.
  • Track and negotiate vendor deliverables, monitor performance, and resolve disputes.
  • Provide management with regular feedback on vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements, maintaining audit trails for vendor activities.
  • Facilitate communication with project sponsors, program/project managers, and stakeholders for effective collaboration.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration among internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Optimize staff allocations and manage project budgets for cost-effective delivery.
  • Forecast and track expenditures, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Maintain a centralized issue log and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with policies and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Evaluate opportunities for AI integration within project scope.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to pilot or implement AI solutions.
  • Monitor AI tool performance and vendor capabilities.
  • Lead internal and external cross-functional teams in delivering complex technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications, architecture, and integration points.
  • Address technical challenges and ensure seamless execution of system implementations, upgrades, or migrations.

  • 75,000 to 90,000
