About the Role
Commercial Kitchen is seeking qualified Commercial Refrigeration Technicians to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment at customer locations in the Austin, Texas area.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Cooking, Refrigeration, and Ware Washing Equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call.
- Complete service calls in a timely manner.
- Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
- Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
- Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cooking, refrigeration, or related military fields.
- Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with safety standards.
