About the Role

The Global Integrated Talent Operations Lead will shape and run the operational engine behind Integrated Talent Solutions. This role connects strategy to execution across our operating model, global processes, technology roadmap, performance and change portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Success will depend on your ability to lead through expertise, influence and disciplined execution. We are looking for a practical systems thinker who can simplify complexity, connect work that sits across different teams and turn ambitious ideas into changes that work in practice.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ITS operating model
  • Translate the ITS strategy into a clear global operating model, with defined ownership, decision rights, interfaces and ways of working
  • Maintain an integrated roadmap of the major capabilities and changes landing across ITS, making dependencies, risks and impact visible
  • Lead priority cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption and measurable results
  • Shape the future of global talent operations
  • Design and continuously improve end-to-end talent processes, removing unnecessary handoffs, duplication and recurring points of failure
  • Establish practical global standards, service expectations and governance while allowing for justified regional or business variation
  • Use data, user feedback and root-cause analysis to solve systemic problems and improve the recruiter, hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Shape technology, automation and AI enablement
  • Represent ITS as the business owner for the talent technology roadmap, partnering with People Technology and product teams to prioritize the problems and outcomes that matter most
  • Identify and scale automation and AI opportunities that remove low-value work, improve decisions and create capacity
  • Define business requirements, success measures and adoption needs, ensuring solutions are tested against real workflows before they scale
  • Support technology and vendor decisions by connecting user need, cost, risk and expected value
  • Turn performance data into action
  • Create operating rhythms that help ITS leaders see performance, make trade-offs, resolve risks and hold work to account
  • Partner with Talent Intelligence, People Analytics and Finance to connect demand, capacity, productivity, experience, quality, cost and talent outcomes
  • Translate operational data into clear recommendations and track whether major changes deliver the intended value
  • Connect the work and drive adoption
  • Work across Hiring Innovation and Velocity, Talent Intelligence, Talent Marketplace, functional talent delivery and onboarding to strengthen how the work connects end to end
  • Build alignment across senior stakeholders with different priorities and drive decisions through evidence, judgment and constructive challenge
  • Create practical playbooks, communications, enablement and feedback loops that help new ways of working take hold
  • Represent the ITS operational perspective in broader People and enterprise programs, surfacing talent implications and dependencies early

Requirements

  • Significant experience in talent operations, recruiting operations, HR transformation, product operations, enterprise program leadership or a related field
  • A track record of translating complex strategy into practical operating models, processes and cross-functional delivery
  • Strong knowledge of modern talent acquisition or talent practices and a clear point of view on how the function must evolve
  • Experience shaping technology-enabled change in partnership with technical teams
  • Practical understanding of automation and AI, including where these capabilities add value and where human judgment or stronger controls remain essential
  • Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to frame choices, evaluate trade-offs and make clear recommendations
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead across organizational boundaries without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to make complex issues understandable and actionable
  • Combine strategic thinking with a willingness to get close to the work
  • Bring a point of view, listen well and challenge constructively
  • Create clarity, bring the right people together and follow through from decision to adoption
