About the Role

Accountable for the development and product management of a service and/or analytic product, serving as the primary point of contact for agile, cross-functional teams to define product requirements. Focuses on translating strategy into agile execution and ensuring the product delivers business value.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to streamlining program execution while maintaining conceptual and technical integrity.
• Manages and supports prioritized work by collaborating with stakeholders to break down features into user stories.
• Acts as a bridge between product and development teams, translating the product manager's vision into business and functional requirements.
• Maintains a well-groomed and prioritized backlog to support multiple Sprints.
• Accepts completed stories, ensuring they meet defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborates with stakeholders in the creation, maintenance, and communication of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Represents the product in governance meetings and provides status updates to leadership.
• Collaborates with external vendors to align roadmaps and ensure delivery execution.
• Works on cross-functional teams, using agile metrics to drive success.
• Contributes to the generation of a high-level release plan and continually re-prioritizes tasks.
• Develops and maintains the product delivery roadmap.
• Effectively communicates product release contents and expected capabilities to stakeholders.
• Writes clearly defined user stories for new product features, issues, and enhancements.
• Works with the team to define and implement improvement stories to increase program quality.
• Reviews, updates, and signs off on test scripts for in-track and regression testing.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Discipline, Information Management, or closely related field.
• 3 years experience in Product Ownership, Strategic Consulting or Design Thinking OR in Product Development & Management, Project/Program Management.
• 3 years experience working with external clients/fostering positive relationships and outcomes.
