About the Role

Actively drive the DarkCloud brand across Tier 1 markets by unlocking new business opportunities, acquiring clients, building long-term relationships, and closing successful deals. This role requires a structured approach, clear strategy, and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients and expand our customer base across Tier 1 markets
  • Sell the company’s cybersecurity services by clearly communicating their business value
  • Organize meetings, prepare and conduct tailored presentations suited to specific business needs
  • Negotiate commercial terms and guide clients through every stage of the sales cycle
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and partners, serving as their key point of contact for all service-related matters
  • Maintain accurate, structured CRM records and keep the sales pipeline up to date
  • Achieve growth targets and meet agreed sales goals
  • Identify and create new revenue growth opportunities
  • Develop a systematic approach to business development and propose initiatives that deliver tangible results

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development within IT services or B2B tech
  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing
  • Experience selling complex B2B services with long sales cycles where trust and expertise are critical
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and B2B sales processes
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • Structured approach to work: ability to plan activities, prioritize tasks, and clearly outline next steps
  • Ability to independently build a business development strategy with a strong focus on outcomes rather than activity volume
  • Experience developing or refining a sales strategy
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher (fluent business negotiations)
