About the Role
The AT&T Hotel and Conference Center is seeking a culinary professional to produce hot and cold food items for restaurant and catering services, adhering to Flik standards and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food of consistent quality according to recipes.
- Ensure accurate and timely production of In Room Dining and A La Carte orders.
- Date all food containers and rotate per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Practice safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Ensure perishables are kept at proper temperatures.
- Control food waste, loss, and usage per SOP.
- Assist in planning and actions to correct food cost problems.
- Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and mise en place setup.
- Note out-of-stock items or possible shortages.
- Assist in prep production schedules.
- Oversee the performance and duties of cooks while maintaining Flik standards and ensuring productivity.
- Carry out reasonable requests from management.

- Must have valid and legal work authorization in the United States.
