About the Role
This role focuses on managing data, reporting, and asset coordination for music-industry rightsholder partners, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual requirements while building scalable systems.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly partner data and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Design, prepare, and deliver recurring reporting packages to up to 40 music-industry rightsholder partners.
- Coordinate and execute over 20 recurring partner sync meetings, including scheduling, agendas, notes, and follow-through.
- Manage the process for receiving and delivering assets to partners, tracking what is due, received, and outstanding.
- Oversee the review and approval of artist usage for templates within Premiere Mobile, coordinating with legal and partners.
- Develop and implement trackers, calendars, checklists, and workflows to support partner management and reporting as the partner base grows.

- Capacity to work cross-functionally with legal, product, and business teams.
- Experience in music licensing, rights management, partner management, or the music/entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with rightsholder reporting, royalties, or clearance workflows.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud / Premiere, or content/asset management tools.
