About the Role
This role offers a Management Training Program designed to develop you into a future General Manager, covering all aspects of dealership operations.
Responsibilities
- Learn to attract and retain customers using top-tier lead generation tools.
- Select from over 1,000 vehicles to meet client needs and manage inventory.
- Structure and secure financing deals by working directly with financial institutions.
- Oversee inventory to ensure optimal vehicle selection and availability.
- Gain experience managing commission, bonuses, and salaries for employees.
- Ensure all financial and legal requirements are met while maintaining strong lender relationships.
- Recruit, manage, and lead your own team.
- Ensure adherence to the Employment Standards Act (ESA) for smooth operations.
