We are looking for individuals who dream of well-designed products and want to help millions of customers make smarter financial choices.

  • Perform root-cause analyses on production errors and identify systemic fixes.
  • Define, test, and validate "Definition of Ready" criteria for critical features for disaster recovery.
  • Manage incoming feature requests and operational enhancements, turning friction points into user stories.
  • Operate across backend logic (money movement, posting rules, fee engine logic) and downstream customer touchpoints.
  • Support leadership with data-driven insights and progress metrics for strategy and roadmap updates.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to build acceptance criteria and identify research needs.
  • Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving towards MVP.
  • Effectively use hypothesis-driven assessment of data to ensure product/feature meets business needs.
  • Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, managing risk.
  • Conduct research and develop features utilizing new and evolving technology in an agile environment.
  • Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to build solutions.
  • Deliver well-managed product platforms by understanding technology trends and architecture strategy.
  • Participate in horizontal forums to build relationships with tech teams, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Articulate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value and share with stakeholders.
  • Ensure zero disruption to customer payment behavior during major conversions and system updates.
  • Identify opportunities for advanced "bridge and peel away" solutions to untangle dependencies.
  • Deeply investigate process breakdowns to drive down reliance on manual "Catch & Fix" remedies.

Requirements
