About the Role

As the Supply Chain Technician at CCRM, you will manage and develop all aspects of materials flow, maintain inventory control and accuracy, and ensure timely procurement of materials to support production. You will also develop and manage supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage, validate, and develop systematic processes for material, consumable, and reagent supply and inventory forecasting, adhering to cGMP.
• Manage and track individual shipments and supplier performance to meet client timelines.
• Receive and store materials at the CCVP facility and external storage areas.
• Manage onsite facility inventory for general operations.
• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with suppliers to meet CCRM goals, delivery targets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate customer shipments, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Manage and track supplier performance to drive claims, recover from issues, and implement process improvements.
• Manage and validate a biologic channel strategy to define end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with business development, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure proper handling of sensitive biotechnology products.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve lead time and cost reductions and drive process improvements.
• Advise the Supply Chain Manager of any issues impacting customer service.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal matters affecting purchasing.
• Support supply chain reporting and analysis, including S&OP and KPI tracking.
• Comply with all cGMP policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry).
• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, purchasing, or logistics.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong English written and oral communication skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
