About the Role
This onsite leadership role supports the Property Manager in achieving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals. The position focuses on team development, marketing strategy, and leasing performance within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with brand management at the community level
- Analyze sub-market trends to develop strategic marketing and advertising plans
- Review targeting strategies, lead generation, and sales messaging for accuracy
- Supervise the planning and implementation of property events and lease-up activities
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, vendors, and prospects
- Develop annual property marketing plans
- Manage resident programs
- Utilize sales strategies to increase traffic and maintain closing ratios
- Complete market surveys and leasing reports
- Prepare and manage lease-related paperwork
- Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data
- Manage ILS providers, website updates, and advertising opportunities
- Create and manage property promotional items
Requirements

- Knowledge of marketing techniques for college students

- High degree of proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel
