About the Role

The Executive Business Partner will serve as a crucial partner to the executive leadership team for our Digital and Retail teams, supporting the Chief Digital Officer, Chief Retail Officer, and VP, DTC. This role involves independently managing calendars, travel, offsites, and special projects to ensure the team operates at its best. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, flexible, and possesses strong business judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendaring, travel coordination across the US and abroad, expense reporting, and meeting logistics with precision and sound judgment.
  • Anticipate needs, identify potential conflicts and risks, and surface issues before they become problems.
  • Ensure accuracy and care in all work executed, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
  • Own the operating cadence of recurring leadership forums and All Hands, including agenda coordination, pre-reads, note-taking, and action item tracking.
  • Take on defined projects and initiatives, tracking timelines and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
  • Lead logistics for offsite events & retreats, including retail store walks, manufacturer visits, and team trips, coordinating all aspects from planning to execution.
  • Leverage knowledge of the business, executives' priorities, and key stakeholders to provide sharp judgment and proactive support.
  • Drive team connectivity and employee engagement by planning events, sending gifts, and coordinating team-building activities.
  • Act as a positive ambassador, embodying company values and leaving a positive perception of the company.
  • Contribute to the broader EA community by attending meetings, helping shape best practices, modeling coverage partnerships, and mentoring peers.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of professional experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Ability to see and plan around corners; proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Openness to giving and receiving feedback, thriving in high-accountability environments.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, managing multiple initiatives, and context-switching quickly.
  • Meticulous tracking abilities and composure when plans change.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure.
  • Clear and professional communication tailored to any audience.
  • Sound judgment with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to tactfully navigate requests and de-escalate difficult situations.
