About the Role

Peregrine is seeking its first dedicated Product Operations hire to help define and scale the Product organization's operating model. This role will focus on establishing systems, metrics, and operational rhythms to enhance efficiency and confidence in product development and launches.

Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain the core product metrics library, including definitions, owners, and calculation logic.
• Own the data and dashboards for Monthly Business Reviews and quarterly/annual planning cycles.
• Validate metric correctness for new features and implement or oversee instrumentation.
• Utilize tools such as Amplitude, Datadog, and Peregrine's own product.
• Drive the operational plan for betas, rollouts, and launches, tracking readiness across various teams.
• Maintain a shared view of launch status, exit criteria, and early performance metrics.
• Conduct structured post-launch retrospectives and disseminate findings.
• Manage the Product Management team's operational rhythm, including OKR tracking and roadmap tooling.
• Develop and maintain playbooks for feature onboarding and recurring processes.
• Ensure feedback loops from early adopters and EAP participants are closed and documented.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in product operations, business operations, strategy & analytics, statistics, or a PM-adjacent role in enterprise SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python, SQL, Amplitude, or similar tools.
• AI-forward thinking to leverage AI tools for automation and scaling workflows.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional launches or programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Clear, concise written communication skills for documentation and data synthesis.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to proactively create structure.
• Familiarity with public sector compliance requirements (Nice to Have).
• Prior exposure to data science/engineering or instrumentation pipelines (Nice to Have).
