About the Role
As a Lead Teacher, you will create fun, interactive learning experiences, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, manage the classroom, implement curriculum, and build relationships with families.
Responsibilities
- Develop fun, interactive learning experiences
- Mentor fellow Teachers
- Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children
- Take the lead on classroom management
- Oversee curriculum implementation
- Be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards
- Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Experience leading a classroom
- Experience creating educational lesson plans
- Ability to meet state requirements for education
- Ability to meet childcare center requirements
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors
- Ability to engage in physical activity with children
