About the Role
Twitch is seeking a French-speaking Creator Outreach Associate to identify, persuade, and onboard emerging talent to the Twitch livestreaming community. This role requires fluency in French and English, a fascination with creator communities, and a drive to help new creators succeed. It is a high-volume, metrics-driven, fixed-term contract position based in the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Search platforms and communities to identify emerging talent and cultural trends.
- Proactively reach out to creators who could thrive on Twitch.
- Initiate cold outreach and persuade creators to join Twitch.
- Stay informed about creator trends, influencers, new platforms, and cultural moments.
- Guide creators through their onboarding process to their first stream.
- Manage creator relationships from outreach through their first stream.
- Manage outreach pipeline in a CRM, logging touchpoints and updating lead status.
- Validate leads before outreach to ensure accuracy and avoid duplicates.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom and legally authorized to work and be paid in the UK for the duration of the contract.
- Prior experience in a quota-carrying outreach, sales, or talent-scouting role.
- Proven interest and knowledge in creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management.
- Genuine passion for livestreaming and internet culture, with a strong understanding of the creator economy.
- Determination to find, bring to Twitch, and support new creators.
- Comfort with CRM and creator-analytics tools, or the ability to learn them quickly.
- Fluent in English and French.
