About the Role

Twitch is seeking a multilingual Creator Outreach Associate to identify, persuade, and onboard emerging talent to the Twitch livestreaming community. This role requires a fascination with creator communities, fluency in creator trends, and a drive to help new creators succeed. It is a high-volume, metrics-driven, fixed-term contract position based in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Search widely across platforms and communities to spot emerging talent and understand cultural resonance.
• Proactively reach out to creators who could thrive on Twitch.
• Initiate cold outreach and persuade creators to consider Twitch for their careers.
• Stay plugged into creator trends, rising influencers, new platforms, and cultural moments.
• Guide creators through their earliest steps on Twitch, ensuring clear and supportive onboarding.
• Own creator relationships from first outreach through their first stream.
• Manage outreach pipeline in a CRM, logging touchpoints and updating lead status.
• Validate leads before outreach to ensure pipeline accuracy and avoid duplicate outreach.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom and legally authorized to work and be paid in the UK for the duration of the contract.
• Prior experience in a quota-carrying outreach, sales, or talent-scouting role.
• Proven interest and knowledge in one of: creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management.
• A genuine passion for livestreaming and internet culture, and a strong understanding of the creator economy.
• Determination to find, bring to Twitch, and support new creators.
• Comfort with CRM and creator-analytics tools, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Fluent in English and French, German, or Spanish.
