About the Role

This role involves organizing and coordinating office support functions, activities, and workflow for assigned functional areas or departments within Cardiac Transplant Services at Dell Children's Medical Center.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate office support functions, activities and workflow for assigned functional area or department.
  • Coordinate office services including telephone coverage, supplies, and preparation and distribution of correspondence, meeting materials, and reports.
  • Track and disseminate changes and updates to policies and procedures.
  • Make recommendations to improve and streamline office functions.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, track scheduling information, and ensure office operating costs are within budgetary constraints.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing information, printed materials, or other resources as appropriate.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
