About the Role
As a Senior Integrated Producer, you will be a creative production leader and critical thinker who elevates every project regardless of scale. Working closely with senior leaders, you will oversee day-to-day production responsibilities, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards within established budgets and timelines. You will act as a primary, client-facing point of contact for both on-set production and complex post-production workflows. The ideal candidate will have ambitions that push production and technological limits, possessing deep experience across integrated platforms, physical shoots, and post-production management.
Responsibilities

- Lead physical production on set, facilitating all communication between the agency, clients, and external production partners.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for complex post-production pipelines, overseeing CGI, color correction, and online/offline editing for broadcast, social, and digital deliverables.
- Actively contribute to the elevation of the creative product; seek innovative, high-quality solutions to financial or time limitations.
- Communicate proactively with Creative, Account Services, Business Affairs, and Talent departments regarding milestones and deliverables to keep processes flowing smoothly.
- Serve as a trusted, client-facing partner, articulately presenting complex production plans to stakeholders with varying levels of production knowledge.
- Research, select, and negotiate with top-tier directors, cinematographers, and specialized vendors, maintaining the agency's reputation and standard of excellence.
- Generate estimates, track invoices, manage budgets, and partner with Business Affairs Managers on final project actualizations and efficient wrap-outs.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of client compliance, legal guidelines, and talent/union regulations (including SAG-AFTRA guidelines and costs) to advise both agency teams and clients.
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies (including Al tools and next-generation production processes), and award-winning work.
- Mentor and support fellow producers, helping guide teams away from avoidable challenges using proactive risk assessment.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of integrated production management experience within a creative agency or global production studio.
- Proven track record in physical production, post-production (CGI, editing, VFX), and a strong portfolio.
- Working production knowledge in the Food & Beverage sectors is highly desirable.
- Experience in digital and experiential platforms is a plus.
- Deep technical understanding of post-production workflows and physical shoot logistics.
- Strong familiarity with SAG-AFTRA rules, talent contracts, and union/non-union talent costing.
- Proven experience in budgeting, estimating, scoping, and overall project financial management.
