Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties for Board President and Board Directors.
  • Attend Board of Directors Meetings, and act as Recording Secretary when necessary.
  • Maintain records of board correspondence and Resolutions, including vote results.
  • Coordinate Board and Board Committee Meetings and maintain a calendar of such meetings in Google Calendar; Prepare meeting minutes and distribute in accordance with established procedures.
  • Establish and maintain filing system for all Board materials during each Director’s tenure.
  • Act as a liaison between the Board President and General Management.
  • Assist members of the Board and Management regarding their use of Google Drive and maintain updates.
  • Serve as Coordinator of the Shared drive; upload and Convert Video Files of Board Business meetings to the Google Shared Drive, to be deleted after meeting minutes are approved.
  • Set up video and audio conferencing.
  • Track computer equipment issued to Board of Directors during their time on the Board.
  • Work a flexible schedule as determined by the Board President and Board Liaison Supervisor, based on business needs.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully complete tasks while managing multiple, competing priorities.
  • Proficient in software programs, including but not MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Riverbay Board Share Drive sponsored by Google.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in business writing.
  • Drug screening to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Persons performing service in this position classification may routinely exert up to 25 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • This type of work will involve regular walking or standing for extended periods of time.
  • It may involve stooping or bending.
  • Handling and working with various materials and objects are important aspects of this job.
