Phillips Lytle is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Litigation Practice. The firm has an excellent reputation and serves high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Conducting document review
- Preparing and interviewing witnesses
- Making court appearances (including arguing motions, appearing at pre-trial proceedings, conducting direct and cross-examination of witnesses at trial)
- Appearing before regulatory agencies and managing government enforcement actions
- Conducting internal investigations
- Handling international commercial arbitration matters before tribunals such as the ICC, JAMS, SIAC, and NAM
- Performing cross-border data collection and managing compliance with data privacy rules and regulations
- Handling white collar and government investigations with knowledge of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
Requirements
- J.D.
- Admission to NYS Bar
- At least 4 years of experience as a litigator
- Involvement in civil, criminal, and administrative litigation
