About the Role
Help launch Warhorse Rentals in Victor, NY, win new business, and build a six-figure sales career with premium equipment and a team that supports the entire customer experience. Warhorse Rentals is looking for a relationship-driven Outside Rental Sales Representative to help launch our new stand-alone Victor, NY location and grow the local market.
Responsibilities
- Build a high-activity field rhythm through jobsite visits, customer meetings, ride-alongs, and equipment demonstrations.
- Identify new projects and accounts while deepening relationships with existing customers.
- Turn customer needs into solutions with fast, accurate quotes and professionally negotiated rental terms.
- Own the customer process from quote through delivery and pickup while coordinating with inside rental, dispatch, service, and billing.
- Track opportunities in CRM, protect margins through value selling, and share competitive market insights with leadership.
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful outside sales experience in construction, rental, or a related industry.
- Working knowledge of construction equipment and its applications.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfort using ERP or CDK systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM applications.
- A valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle record, and ability to work in outdoor conditions.
- A self-starting, competitive, goal-oriented approach with a team-first mindset.
- Background and motor vehicle record checks are required.
