About the Role

Monsieur Touton Selection Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for handling all receiving processes, working directly with freight forwarders, custom brokers, warehouses, and the purchasing team to ensure timely and accurate inbounds.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international inbounds for timely receipt at various warehouse locations.
• Monitor status of open inbound orders, properly communicating delays and exceptions to the Purchasing Department.
• Ensure receipt accuracy (PO, bill of lading, warehouse receipts, etc.) while complying with all regulations and requirements.
• Review and process all freight forwarder, customs broker, and delivery bills.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors and communicate with the Accounting Department.
• Prepare daily and weekly status reports for the in-house Purchasing team.
• Assist with resolving warehouse and outbound logistics issues.
• Process various warehouse movements and inventory adjustments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling logistics (coordination of imported freight).
• Experience as a freight forwarder or wine importer is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with MS Dynamics Nav is preferred.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
