About the Role

This Business Analyst role bridges strategy, team operations, and delivery within the Data & Digital team, focusing on improving performance by aligning strategic priorities with execution. The role is critical for enabling efficient delivery, preventing silos, and ensuring focus on measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define Data & Digital Strategy, including vision, strategies, and funding preparation.
  • Support engagement plans with partners and lead enterprise-wide outreach.
  • Translate complex strategic and technology topics into compelling narratives for various audiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships, prepare executive-level content, and manage communications strategy.
  • Ensure C-level reporting on progress and OKRs/KPIs.
  • Coordinate budget planning and yearly planning cycles.
  • Maintain consolidated roadmaps with cross-team dependencies and monitor delivery against commitments.
  • Conduct strategic research on partnerships and market trends.
  • Anticipate and mitigate cross-team risks and dependencies.
  • Build scalable frameworks to support team growth.
  • Manage Data & Digital engagement with enterprise programs.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and engagement.
  • Support strategic programs implementation and tactical solution transition.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, product management, technology delivery, or related roles in data or technology.
  • Experience in financial services with understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills with proven ability to collaborate across domains.
  • Executive communication expertise, including preparing business cases, dashboards, and executive-level content.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience level.
  • Vendor due diligence exposure and experience managing strategic partnerships (Nice-to-have).
  • Project management experience (Nice-to-have).
  • Knowledge of technical principles and technology transformation initiatives (Nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders (Nice-to-have).
