About the Role

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate standard commercial paper, including procurement contracts, technology licenses, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle from intake to signature, ensuring timely turnaround.
• Develop scalable contracting machinery, such as templates, playbooks, and AI-assisted review tools.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on terms, approvals, and obligations post-signature.

Requirements

• Experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of standard commercial contracts and closing them independently.
• Ability to quickly read and understand critical contract terms, explaining their significance concisely.
• Demonstrated experience using AI seriously for contract review, analysis, or research.
• Proven track record of building or improving templates and playbooks to expedite contracting processes.
• Capacity to manage a high volume of deals while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with data center or infrastructure contracts is a plus.
• Depth in technology licensing and procurement is a plus.
• Experience with compliance framework implementation is a plus.
• A paralegal or law degree background is a plus.
