About the Role

Whatnot is seeking a Creator Marketing Manager to join the EU marketing team. This role will scale the creator engine behind paid ads by sourcing, signing, briefing, and managing creators across Europe to produce high-performing short-form video content for paid social. The position sits at the intersection of creator partnerships, performance marketing, and creative strategy, working with creators of all sizes to generate a consistent pipeline of native ad creative.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a scalable EU creator roster for paid performance creative.
  • Source and sign creators across priority markets and categories, from small UGC creators to larger influencers.
  • Own creator outreach end-to-end, using email, DMs, talent platforms, referrals, and other channels.
  • Negotiate creator deals across fees, usage rights, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Brief creators clearly on Whatnot, the audience, category, creative angle, and performance goal.
  • Partner with Performance Marketers, Creative Producers, and Category Marketers to understand performance and improve briefs, sourcing, and iteration.
  • Build the operating system for EU creator creative: tracking pipelines, rights, rates, performance learnings, and repeatable workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, UGC, or performance creative.
  • Proven experience sourcing, signing, and managing creators end-to-end.
  • Experience briefing creators to self-produce content with performance in mind.
  • Commercial instincts across creator fees, usage rights, deliverables, timelines, and renewals.
  • Strong organization and follow-through to manage a high-volume creator pipeline.
  • A test-and-learn mindset, comfortable reading creative performance data.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building the playbook while executing.
  • Fluent English plus fluent French.
  • Must live within commuting distance of either London, UK, or Berlin, Germany hubs.
