About the Role
Provide high-quality operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers. Play a key role in coordinating interviews, managing recruitment administration, and supporting recruitment operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Monitor interview & requisition processes in our recruiting ATS system (Ashby) & HR system (Workday).
- Support Talent Acquisition within the early talent space to help advance an inclusive workforce.
- Develop and execute a tailored job posting strategy for each assigned role.
- Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
- Respond to feedback from recruiters and hiring managers, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet departmental goals.
- Create lists of target companies and potential candidates for ongoing and future searches.
- Support candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters in the onboarding process, ensuring an overall positive onboarding experience.
- Support recruitment reporting, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all recruitment activity is completed accurately and in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
- Contribute flexibly across Talent Acquisition activities and projects in line with evolving business needs.
- Stay updated on industry news and trends, especially those impacting recruitment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12-18 months of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related administrative support role.
- Experience in maintaining data accuracy within our ATS; we use Ashby.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to apply creative approaches to business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Must thrive in a collaborative environment and be able to work effectively with team members across different departments.
