About the Role
We are seeking a Group Product Manager to shape the future of identity security. This role involves owning significant product areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver value, and driving products from discovery through launch and iteration in a fast-paced startup environment. A key aspect of this role is leveraging AI in product development and defining AI-powered capabilities within our platform.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, including vision, strategy, and roadmaps for key platform areas.
- Drive product execution by partnering with Engineering and Design from concept to launch.
- Engage constantly with customers to build empathy and identify impactful opportunities.
- Define and measure product success metrics, iterating based on feedback and data.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
- Leverage AI throughout the product development lifecycle and shape AI-powered product capabilities.
- Improve product development processes, quality, feedback loops, and execution speed.
Requirements
- Experience taking a product from 0 to GA in a new category, defining the problem space.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience shipping successful B2B SaaS products.
- Experience using AI tools daily in product workflows and applying AI to product development and customer experiences.
- Exceptional customer empathy and passion for understanding workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
- Excellent analytical skills with comfort using quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making.
- Highly collaborative working style, enjoying partnerships with Engineering and Design.
- High agency and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
- Experience in identity, security, infrastructure, developer tools, or IT admin products (preferred).
- Experience working closely with enterprise customers and translating complex requirements (preferred).
- Experience leading products through periods of rapid company growth (preferred).
