About the Role
The Designer I is an individual contributor responsible for design and As-Built management services, ensuring deliverables meet program guidelines and standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and updates to AsBuilt GREFS, Directories and CAD files
- Provide space planning and design solutions that meet guideline, code and ADA requirements
- Implementation of Design Guidelines, system furniture requirements, and Building/Fire codes per local jurisdiction
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with different scopes and requirements
- Perform assigned work while providing transparent and timely communication of progress
- Administrative tasks to support communication, documentation, and archiving
- Problem solve through roadblocks and pivot to support other work groups
- Ensure work meets studio drawing standards
Requirements
- B.A. Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architectural Studies, or relevant degree
- 2+ years' experience in Interior Design, Architecture, and/or Systems Furniture Design field or equivalent
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, drawing standards, Fire/Building Code and ADA requirements
- Experience developing client drawing deliverables and/or other technical project documents
- Effective written, verbal, and visual communication
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Deadline-driven work ethic while still a team player
- Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams

- $75,300 - $81,500 annually
