About the Role

The position will be responsible for the timely digital distribution of documents, cheques and emails to the Quadrus team members. The successful candidate will work closely with other teams within Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

  • Triage incoming digital mail and faxes for the wealth teams within time standards
  • Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork
  • Assist with non-financial processing when required, while meeting service standard deadlines.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss efficiencies and work on improving processes.
  • Provide support for small projects, as required
  • Monitor and manage the team shared email boxes
  • Responsible for workflow distribution on new imaging system (enhanced computer skills are necessary)

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • On Base (imaging system) experience an asset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and team building skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only

  • $36,900 - $49,800 annually
