About the Role
Fox Corporation is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to maintain and enhance its enterprise-wide Workforce Planning financial model. This role connects finance, HR, and technology to ensure accurate and scalable workforce cost modeling and headcount planning, aligning with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the enterprise Workforce Planning model in Adaptive Planning, including structure, logic, and ongoing enhancements.
- Build Finance deliverables and reporting related to compensation and headcount planning.
- Identify and implement enhancements to improve model usability and performance.
- Drive system adoption through user training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across business units.
- Lead system expansion initiatives, including onboarding new entities and integrating acquisitions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, model logic questions, and system-related issues.
- Define and enforce data standards, access controls, and audit trails within workforce planning system.
- Support senior management with ad-hoc projects leveraging Adaptive Planning data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with modeling, configuration, and integration of Workday Adaptive Planning both on FP&A and Workforce planning.
- 3+ years of experience with report building in Adaptive Office Connect, HTML and/or report automation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
