About the Role
The Insurance business unit is a leading provider of investment and insurance solutions. This role provides proactive support to Corporate Account, National Account, and Independent Advisor offices, liaising with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient processing of new life insurance applications.
Responsibilities
- Build one-to-one relationships with assigned branches, serving as a consistent point of contact throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Proactively follow up on pending cases to ensure service standards are met.
- Anticipate customer needs and perform outbound communication to keep them informed of important details.
- Assume ownership of assigned files, understand urgency, and assist in resolving issues that may impede the processing timeline.
Requirements
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrate proven customer service experience.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management.
- Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Adaptability and capability to handle ongoing change management.
- Ability to research, identify problems, and contribute to solutions.
- Recognize when to escalate exceptions to provide superior service.
- Ability to influence, convince, direct, and persuade others effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of individual life insurance terminology and products is an asset.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.

Salary/Compensations
- $51,975.00 CAD - $86,625.00 CAD
