About the Role

The Team Leader of the Alternatives to Incarceration and Re-Entry Services and Interventions provides administrative, clinical, and operational oversight to the team. This role involves staff supervision, managing referral relationships, and promoting model fidelity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision to all staff
  • Complete assessments within the community
  • Conduct weekly team meetings
  • Manages referral sources
  • Ensures fidelity
  • Reviews entire caseloads
  • Oversees and manages staff productivity and staff wellness
  • Monitors quality of documentation
  • Assists in covering caseloads when needed
  • Complete all required training and monitors staffs compliance with training
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of service delivery to ensure quality of care and compliance with all agency and governmental policies and standards
  • Participate in recruitment, hiring, training and ongoing evaluation of staff under supervision from the Senior Director
  • Create, maintain and review staff schedules as needed
  • Participate in data informed, outcome driven, planning and execution of new program
  • Support the use of data in clinical supervision to inform decision-making
  • Identify and implement quality improvement trainings and activities as part of professional development goals
  • Cultivate a culture of inclusion for all employees that respects their individual strengths, views and experiences
  • Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
  • Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by following established safety guidelines
  • Health and Safety Awareness: Include any relevant knowledge or experience regarding health and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all employees
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years post licensure experience working with individuals who have mental health, or co-occurring mental health and substance use
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to coordinate services
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills required
  • Working knowledge of computer software and electronic health record systems
  • Demonstrated competency in written, verbal and computational skills to present and document records in accordance with program standards
  • Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated competency in development and implementation of the interdisciplinary planning process
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and team collaboration skills
  • Crisis intervention and emergency problem solving competency

Experience Level

  • 3-5 years post licensure experience
  • 1 year supervisory experience

Education Level

  • Licensed Clinical/Masters Social Worker
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor
  • Licensed Creative Arts Therapist
