About the Role

This position is for a Vascular Tech specializing in Cardiac Imaging at Executive Woods Cardiac Imaging in Albany, NY. It offers career advancement opportunities and a focus on work-life balance with Monday-Friday office hours.

Responsibilities

  • Performs pre-procedural prep.
  • Accurately enters data.
  • Performs echocardiography, including M-mode, 2-D, and Doppler as indicated.
  • Assists MD and other staff with TEES, Stress echo, and Pharmacology studies.
  • Obtains proper views as indicated.
  • Utilizes settings and techniques to enhance image clarity for optimal MD review.
  • Completes post-procedural charting and documentation.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hospital or office-based Ultrasonographer experience.
  • Experience in stress echo, carotid ultrasound, and abdominal aortic ultrasound is highly preferred.
  • Current ARDMS registration.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
